    Hi,

Thanks for the blog…here is my issue. I have a user that changed her name and after I changed her name in AD, the lync’s 2013 client no longer allows her to “add a group” or right click on a contact to “move contact to”….I get the same results on every workstation we try…so I don’t think it’s a client issue. I’ve googled for a solution to no avail. Any help or solution you can offer would be very much appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Robert

Great blog, but you left out the one thing I needed… : ) Any chance you could give more info on the “Call Forwarding Tab” and the presence documents? Thank you.

    Hi,

I am using Lync 2010. All was fine until yesterday, when suddenly the “video” tab you usually get on the left-top side of a meeting window disappeared. Any known bugs that cause this? I’m looking to get this re-activated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

How to disable – Desktop Sharing Icon (Manage Presentable Content Icon)

User level policy is set for users for not sharing desktop or application or content but, users are still able to view the Desktop Sharing Icon (Manage Presentable Content Icon). We would like to disable the same, any thoughts?

    Lync 2013 Server environment

    Lync 2013 client is installed.
